<p class="MsoNormal">Available later this month a new version, of the popular drink, will be made with sugar-free syrup and low-fat milk. It will contain 50% less calories than the original version.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In comparison the new diet, 12 ounce, latte has 90 calories, as opposed to the 12 ounce white mocha latte (made with whole milk and whipped cream), which has close to a whopping 400 calories.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">If you are a fan of Starbucks espresso drinks, those are already made using fat-free milk unless otherwise requested.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span> </span>Starbucks made the decision to offer this product based on feedback from customers seeking healthier drink options.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">What is the BMI? BMI stands for Body Mass Index.<span>  </span>It is a number calculated using an individual’s current height and weight. It provides an accurate account of that person’s body fat.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Technically, BMI is measured by dividing a person’s weight (measured in pounds) by their height (measured in inches). This number is then multiplied and squared by the conversion factor of 703.<span>   </span>It sounds more complicated than it actually is.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> In adults, the BMI categories are as follows: any number under 18.5 indicates a person who is underweight, 18.5- 24.9 indicates a normal weight range, 25.0-29.9 indicates a person who is overweight and any number above 30.0 indicates obesity.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">There is a similar formula for calculating the BMI of children and teenagers, as well.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Unfortunately, this is not always the outcome.<span>  </span>There are many reasons why diets fail. Two of the biggest reasons are not eating foods from all food groups and eating too few calories.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">It is best to create your menu around each of the six food groups: fruits, vegetables, grains, oils, milk and meat /beans. Just remember to consume foods, in moderation.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Many dieters make the mistake of eating too few calories, in hopes of losing weight at a faster pace. This only makes you hungrier, which makes successful dieting that much harder.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Walking is actually one of the easiest ‘starter’ weight loss exercises. You don’t need expensive equipment and it will get you out in the fresh air.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Was it your New Year’s resolution to lose weight? If you are just starting on a weight loss journey, consider keeping a food journal.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">A food journal is a daily account of everything that you eat. (Makes sense, right?) It’s a great way to keep a record, of your eating habits and allows you to better focus on the things you need to cut out of your diet.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">It doesn’t have to be anything fancy.<span>  </span>A small spiral notebook, works well.<span>  </span>The main thing is to be consistent… jot down every meal, no matter how small, from breakfast to midnight snack.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Do this for at least two weeks. It will make it easier to come up with a menu plan that works well, for you.</p>

after joing runner+ i did enjoy the site and love the challenges over there, i start walking every day and i feel i start to shape up.

<p>after joing runner+ i did enjoy the site and love the challenges over there, i start walking every day and i feel i start to shape up.</p>

<p>i will be joining level 1 for 4 weeks then i will move to level 2.</p>
