Are you a Starbucks junkie? Do you absolutely love a good latte? If you answered yes to both of those questions, the new ‘skinny latte’ is for you.
Available later this month a new version, of the popular drink, will be made with sugar-free syrup and low-fat milk. It will contain 50% less calories than the original version.
In comparison the new diet, 12 ounce, latte has 90 calories, as opposed to the 12 ounce white mocha latte (made with whole milk and whipped cream), which has close to a whopping 400 calories.
If you are a fan of Starbucks espresso drinks, those are already made using fat-free milk unless otherwise requested.
Starbucks made the decision to offer this product based on feedback from customers seeking healthier drink options.

today is the end of the week an tomorrow is my weight in day at the diet center who supply me my food every day,
i did relly well this week i did work hard and i hope to see good results in my weight in on Saturday.

on of them that i am not so happy with the domain. i hate .net’s i love .com because its more famous and i feel a lot of your visitor could just type domain .com is it right ..
right now i have very nice domain coming up it should be before end of next week but just finding a way to pay it ..
ok back to my Exercise i am doing well yesterday i did a lot of cardio machines Elliptical Trainer and the Treadmill
i am going to do a page have all my cardio workout information.. i am really doing well and enjoying my time at the GYM and i did start to build a big self confidens that i could do it.
ok finally i did register my own domain for my blog this will be the start of my journey,

i love shopping on ebay i did a lot of shopping and i am happy with all of the goods i get

i am use with nike sports but this is my first change as
