today was a great day for me i was happy and working hard to meat my challenge.
the goal i set i working for it 10 pounds lighter by new year, yesterday i did two class’s of aerobics
a Fat Burning class that was to fast but i did enjoy it, next was Hi-Lo aerobics with a great lady for the UK and i did enjoy it.

100% Wheat Bread or Bun
Turkey or Chicken Breast (1-2oz)
1 Fat Free Cheese
2 Tomatoe Slices
Mustard
Heat in Microwave or open face in Oven
Add a serving of fruit to complete the meal.

my friend is so bored of cereal and milk for my breakfast,what i did suggest
is to try mixing usual cereal with a fruit and a low -fat yogurt instead of milk.
it brings a completely different taste and feel to your breakfast and will help you feeling fuller for longer,too.
plus, seasonal fruits make for ever -changing flavors.
