Yes, it is important to exercise when you are dieting. How often you do so is completely up to you. So, it’s important to remember not to overdo it.
This happens frequently when people are just beginning to diet. Why? They want to lose weight FAST! Fast is not a good thing, when you diet.
One thing that is important when you exercise is remaining consistent as possible. Even if you only exercise 20 minutes per day, three days a week, it’s important to keep that schedule.
By starting out at a slower pace, you will find it more enjoyable. You don’t want to burn yourself out, just a few days after you begin.
Walking is actually one of the easiest ‘starter’ weight loss exercises. You don’t need expensive equipment and it will get you out in the fresh air.

exercise at least 30 minutes a day to burn of those fat. AT the 21 minute, its only the time your body burining fat. Keep it in 3 times per week.
anywhere all those exercise must be persistant and must have patient to see the end result
